Our goal is to ensure a smooth, easy transaction for every borrower, Realtor, and any party we work with during the process. We strive for speed and efficiency. The right person wants to strive to be better every day and make the home-buying process seamless for every borrower.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a pipeline of 25 loans with multiple Loan Officers
  • Ensure we have the correct documentation from borrowers
  • Responsible for ensuring the loans are on track to close on time by meeting SLA requirements
  • Weekly pipeline updates and proactively communicating updates with your Loan Officers
  • Prepare the documentation of loans for initial and any additional underwriting review
  • Work closely with the underwriting team
  • Responsible for updating loan status in our internal systems
  • Work closely with settlement agents, insurance agents, and other third parties
  • Work with multiple wholesale lenders
  • Closing and post-closing responsibilities for correspondent loans
  • Willing to go the extra mile to provide white glove service to our borrowers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 1 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work efficiently with urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in the office
